This program is designed to strengthen the heart of organizations: people. Through this initiative, we train brigade members able to provide support, containment, and prevention, becoming references of solidarity, commitment, and integrity. This brigade will be much more than a support resource in times of crisis; it will be a driver of well-being, resilience, and trust that directly impacts company culture and results.
